Surf_ny_advance and surf_presmon are now fixed.

Its now up to deathly and/or not_a_zombie to fix the exploits on surf_imex, assuming they do think these exploits are not okay to stay in that map.

bhop_challenjour_fix was not too hard, but I was holding on bhop_arcanve_v2 because I was looking for a way to make the ice skatting less laggy than the setup I found to fix it, for example by reducing the number of times you go through the teleport.

However, after experimenting a lot, there is no good alternative, I went ahead and released it.

The list of map fixes is done for now, but it can get longer if people have suggestions (although nowadays I tend to prioritize new content to slightly better old content. Wasn't the case at the start of this topic because the old content in question was so damaged that fixing it arguably turned it into new content...)
