Now that I've read through your poll....this is what I have as far as porting a few on that list: (This will be long.)
surf_awp_sk33t....no go...it's an air arena type combat map. Port it if you want to, but it's way too cheezy for my taste.
surf_borderlands...another combat map with a crap surf.
surf_leet_xl_beta...already ported it, Tordana turned it down.
surf_ny_moment_v3...needs a LOT of work; has a lot of noclip errors.
surf_81st_network...another cheezy combat map
surf_classics2...was removed because a TF2 update broke boosts; just need to remove a few strong boosts in a couple sections; there's no other reason I've found for it not to be on the servers.
surf_delusional...needs the random stage logics removed; other than that, it should be fine.
surf_horizon...was working on this, never finished it. Simple 'remove jail and recompile'. Shouldn't take more than an hour to port.
surf_kz_mix_journeys...one that I've been wanting to port for a LONG time, never got around to doing it. If you get this PROPERLY ported, you have my respect.
surf_lody_preview...gimmicky map that was removed a long time ago because of the gimmicks.
surf_mesa_mine and surf_mesa_aether....these are easy to port now Arblarg ported surf_mesa...just rip the textures from surf_mesa and mine & aether will port properly.
surf_portal_game4...needs a bit of proper resizing...should be easy to port.
surf_wavelength...one I started, never finished.
surf_arghmyeyes...good fucking luck trying not to go blind with this shit. Just needs proper resizing and should be fine.
surf_bbb...started it, never finished it.
surf_color_fix...had problems compiling it. If you can get it to work, more power to you.
surf_crystal...crazy ass map...but if you really want it, I won't stop you.

surf_fruits2...THIS motherfucker gave me hell for 2 solid months; I finally said 'fuck it' and gave up on it. The models won't port over properly. If you can manage...go for it. This map's been on the top of the list for a very long time.
surf_globalchaos...don't really see the need to have this one because it's just the last 3 stages of surf_tricky_chaos
surf_happyhands2...gave me compiling problems. Don't know why.
surf_iceworld...s1 of surf_classics. Cheezy map.
surf_kawaii...another one on my 'want to port' list...never got around to doing it. Awesome high t3; borderline t4.
surf_mushroom_ksf...decent staged t5. Should be portable.
surf_parc_colore...want to port this one as well, but the issue is with the timer triggers...since all the stages end on the same spot, they'll conflict. Need to find a timer workaround for this.
surf_s_t_a_t_i_o_n....has noclip errors that need to be fixed
surf_stagejuan_ksf...surf_1969 and surf_something_serious mashed into one map...don't see the need to port it.
surf_tronia...the sequel to surf_tronic. Definitely NOT a t3 by any means; needs major resizing.
surf_flappybird...needs resizing, especially with the pipes being models. Will have to convert them to func_props_dynamic
surf_ghostbusters...this map's a headache I wasn't about to bother with.
surf_halloween_fix (css t4 version)...needs MAJOR resizing. Way too tight, even on CSS. Why nobody plays it on CSS
surf_hyper...this map will give you a migraine...both porting and surfing it. Proceed with caution.
surf_illumination...started it, never finished it because the timer triggers on krazy's bonus conflicted (which is the only reason why people wanted this map to begin with)
surf_kalium...basically a shortened version of kalium2...don't see the need to port this. Still hard as fuck.
surf_loves_spliff...one I've been wanting to port for a long time, never got around to it.
surf_parrot_selector...honestly, I think this one should be redone completely, let the hard and easy modes be selectable in the map as it was on surfiT. Why panzer removed it during another re-port, I don't know. I would personally like the entire map as is, freshly ported.
surf_rands...needs a LOT of resizing, and was WAY too long to have to meticulously go through...I finally got bored and gave up on it due to lack of patience.
surf_sluice_final...would prefer this one to replace what we have on the servers, due to the addition of the bonuses.
surf_edge...is not portable to tf2 because the CSGO .bsp and TF2 .bsp's have different versions, and are incompatible. Plus that, the whole map is way too tight; even on CSGO. Awesome map yeah, but really shitty surf. Try this on CSGO first before you decide to try to port it.
surf_primero...started it, never finished it.
surf_timewarp...fuck tioga. Somebody else can deal with this clusterfuck of a map.
surf_looksmodern...the map is portable, yes, but will be almost a t7 because the cameras required to show you how to surf each stage will not work in tf2. Don't argue with me on this, don't try it...will give everybody the same answer. It. Doesn't. Work. ...unless you want to go through each stage, capturing screenshots of each ramp you have to surf then writing a VERY long .vmf to import a .gif file into hammer...be my guest. I don't have the weeks it takes to make them nor the patience to go with it.
surf_skill8_h...same as with parrot_selector, need to be re-ported. would prefer the map to have a selectable difficulty in game. Why I originally ported the easy version...I don't know. Just wanted to get a map done and on the servers.
surf_valpect...same as with surf_edge. Has way to many models and needs to be completely resized...and plus, the .bsp versions from CSGO and Tf2 are incompatible. Good fucking luck with this one.
